  3. Entries are subject to the general rules.
  4. All clipping should be done prior to arrival on the arrival on the fairgrounds. This is a Blow and Go Show. No adhesives will be allowed. No clippers which must be plugged into an electrical outlet are allowed to be used on Breeding Beef Heifers once they arrive on show grounds. Cordless clippers are allowed.
  5. Heifers must be registered in the name of the exhibitor by December 31, 2006. Papers will be checked. A copy of pending registration is needed if registration papers are unavailable.
  6. Exhibitors will compete in three divisions: American, British, and Exotic. There must be seven or more animals of the same breed to make a breed show in a division. If less than seven head of a breed are entered, the heifers will compete in AOB American, AOB British, and AOB Exotic classes.
  7. Classes — Females only
    1. Calved June 1, 2006 and after
    2. Calved April 1 — May 31, 2006
    3. Calved January 1 — March 31, 2006
    4. Calved September 1 — December 31, 2005
    5. Calved May 1 — August 31, 2005
    6. Calved January 1 — April 30, 2005
    7. Calved July 1 — December 31, 2004
  8. Awards will be given to first through sixth place in class. Breed Champions and Reserve Champions will be named and will compete for Overall Grand and Reserve Champions. Prize money will be awarded in this division and a $100 scholarship will go to Overall Grand and $50 will be awarded to the Reserve.
  9. All exhibitors will be allowed to show for showmanship.
    Divisions:
    Juniors — 13 and under
    Seniors — 14 and older as of Jan 1, 2007.

    Exhibitor must own and have shown animal in class.
